What is the delivery process? 

When items are selected and paid for accordingly through our website or a customer service representative, a confirmation letter should be directly emailed to you. Once items have been shipped out, another email with a tracking number attached will be sent. Items ordered will be delivered within 5 working days.

However, if payments through credit or debit cards are to be declined, the purchase will be voided.

Refunds, Returns & Exchange

We have a strict 'No Refund/Return' policy. Though, in unlikely circumstances that the item/s arrive in a wrong size or color, an exchange will be granted. 

To exchange, an email should be sent to contact@saintonsaint.com within 3 working days after the items are received. Items to be exchanged should be in original packaging, with tags attached, unworn & unwashed. After, the items wish to be exchanged shall be delivered within 4 days to address:
